ConvexRadar Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 24, 2026. ConvexRadar ("we") operates convexradar.com and the ConvexRadar iOS app.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and optional display name, used to sign you in and operate your account. Passwords are stored only as salted, peppered PBKDF2 hashes.
- Content you create: saved contracts, journal entries, holdings, and goals you log. This data exists so the product can show it back to you.
- Uploads you choose to import: brokerage screenshots, statements, or CSVs you submit to the trade importer are processed to extract trade candidates and are not retained after processing.
- Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
What we do not do
- No advertising, no ad SDKs, no tracking across other apps or sites.
- No sale or sharing of personal data with data brokers.
Third-party services
The app loads charts from TradingView and company logos via Google's favicon service; those requests carry standard network metadata (such as IP address) to those providers. Market data comes from our licensed upstream providers. AI-assisted import parsing runs on Cloudflare Workers AI inside our own Cloudflare account; uploaded screenshots and PDFs are not sent to any external AI provider, and are used only to extract the trade details you are shown for review. CSV imports are parsed deterministically and never touch a model.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and all of its data at any time from the app (Account > Delete account) or by emailing support. Deletion removes your account record, session, journal, holdings, goals, and saved contracts.
